HOW WE PROCESS OUR MANUFACTURING
Recycled Plastic Mats Manufacturing Process
Our Mat’s recycled outdoor mats are designed in the USA. Once the design specs are approved, we have a sample mat created in one of our approved factories in Asia to ensure colors, design, and product specs are exactly as envisioned. Once the sample mat is approved, the manufacturing process begins!
Used polypropylene plastics are collected from various sources and include items such as water bottles, medicine containers, food containers, and single-use shopping bags. These used plastic products are chopped up in a grinder and then melted down to a thick liquid. That liquid is cooled into little pellets which are then sold to companies who manufacture their products from recycled polypropylene.

Two grades of PP, recycled and Virgin PP, are employed in mat production.
Functionally, both qualities are identical, but virgin PP offers a broader color range and higher color consistency. Recycled PP mats boast eco-friendly appeal.
In virgin PP, colors can match nearly any shade in Pantone; however, this isn't always achievable with recycled PP.
A maximum of four colors is feasible.
Virtually any design, excluding pictures and photos, can be woven into the mat.
Certainly, we can incorporate your unique designs and logos.
a. Widths typically range from 60 to 270 cms, with widths up to 270cms being seamless. Mats wider than 270cms consist of two pieces joined together.
b. There is no restriction on the length of the mat.
Weight may vary by plus and minus 5%, while widths and lengths may vary by 2% and 3%, respectively.
These mats excel outdoors and can be UV treated to prevent color fading and plastic disintegration due to sunlight exposure.
The mats themselves are not anti-slip; a rug pad is recommended for use on hardwood floors or slippery surfaces.
90×150, 120×180, 150×240, and 180x270cms are the most favored sizes.
A 20’ container can accommodate 5000 sq meters.
For a 20’ container, the lead time is 25-30 working days, and for a 40’ HQ, it's 35-40 working days.
Mats are individually packed in polybags and then in HDPE bales.
